Red's Mentor

Here you can see Red meeting Cadence (Her new Mentor) For the first time. But as you can see she is afraid that she will reject her like the other ponies used to do. But Cadence isn't the type to do that and smiles at her shyness. As Red gets older Cadence teaches her how to become less rough like she used to be and soften up a bit and making her more compassionate (Hints her Element) And helps her grow as a pony and become what she is today.
